OpenI-Jasper provides a plug-in to replace JasperSoft OLAP UI, switching the old JPivot interface with a cleaner UI to view OLAP data. OpenI uses client side javascript framework and UI updates with an ajax framework unlike jpivot. It provides simple drag-and-drop to manage dimensions, tabbed view for charts and tables, and an overall cleaner interface - so users can intuitively explore OLAP data and publish new interactive reports. |
