Welcome to the OpenI community wiki.

OpenI is a web-based OLAP reporting applicaton. Based on Java EE, OpenI is an out-of-box solution for building and publishing reports from XMLA-compliant OLAP data sources such as Microsoft Analysis Services or Mondrian.

Current Version

OpenI-Pentaho-Plugin

OpenI-Pentaho project is a plugin for Pentaho, to create jpivot based analysis reports with OpenI UI structure, and even better, in upcoming phases. It introduces support for both direct mondrian and xmla based connections, plus OpenI specific features like Explore Data, custom DT, add analysis to dashboard directly etc.

Status: Under Development

OpenI-Jasper Alpha

Replaced JPivot based JasperAnalysis UI with OpenI's UI

This wiki is intended as place to hold up to date documentation for the OpenI community. Discussions should continue on the Sourceforge OpenI forums. Even though there is a discussions feature on this wiki, it's use should probably be limited. And discussions should be minimized in main wiki article content.
